Only ten private camps exist on Middle Saranac Lake, this is only the forth to be offered for sale in thirty years. Access is by boat only, departing the marina and making the trip is about 15 minutes of boating through Lower Saranac Lake, then the locks to Middle Saranac Lake. There are no other camps along the trip only forever wild shoreline, this is a secluded setting! The main camp has a covered porch overlooking a wide expanse of lake without a single camp or other house in its view. There are two bedrooms, a full kitchen and incredible views.
