We had an amazing experience working with Peter Day to buy our lake house on Chateaugay Lake. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire process. He explained everything thoroughly, kept us informed and answered every question we had. He was easy to get ahold of and returned our calls and messages in a timely manner. Peter truly went beyond for us last weekend. After showing us a house our small car got stuck at the bottom of the steep gravel driveway. He stayed with us for HOURS while we tried to get it sorted, including calling family and friends of his he thought might be able to help. When it became clear it wasn't going to get solved that night (Saturday night during the busy summer season) he drove us out of his way back to where we were staying. He then picked us up the next morning to bring us back and meet the tow guy. He didn't need to do any of this (at all!) and yet, he did. He was charming, cheerful, unflappable at every step, and willing to help in all possible ways. We are so grateful for his generosity!
