We started our search for a camp in the Lake Placid, NY area with another larger realty firm. We spent time explaining the experience we were seeking and our budget. Peter is a great guy with extensive knowledge of the placid and saranac area. He loves what he does and seems to genuinely enjoy showing properties (especially his listings!). Just kidding, he treats each showing as if the listing were his goes in ahead, turns on lights and gives you the grand tour. He is an excellent photographer who knows how to show a property to its best advantage (great if you are a seller or a buyer). He showed us around last year and we had a great day. Unfortunately we did not find our dream cottage. Maybe this year!
